Short, straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us — a human reads every message.

Billing & plans

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Available plans start with a 14-day trial. A card is required at signup (payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record), but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.

How do I cancel?

From your account page, any time — one click, no email required. Your site is scheduled for removal after cancellation, so export anything you need first.

Which plans can I buy today?

Starter ($49/mo) is available now, self-serve. Pro ($89/mo) and Business ($449/mo) are set up with our team — contact sales. Self-Hosted is a one-time $500 purchase set up together with us.

How does Self-Hosted delivery work?

Email us after purchase and we provide the Docker image, a setup guide, and artifact links for updates. You run it on your own servers; we help you get it standing.

Domains & TLS

What address does my site get?

Every site gets yourname.infoemu.com. Plans with custom-domain support also serve your own domain.

How do custom domains work?

Point a CNAME at our edge hostname (shown in your dashboard) and we verify it and issue TLS certificates automatically. We use a stable CNAME target — never a raw IP — so infrastructure moves never require you to change DNS again.

Deploys & releases

What happens when I deploy?

Every deploy becomes an immutable release with its own preview URL. Production only changes when you promote a release, and rollback restores the previous one instantly.

My build failed — is my site broken?

No. Builds run in an isolated sandbox; a failed build never touches your live site. The build log is available through the API and your dashboard so you can see exactly what went wrong.

Can I deploy from GitHub?

Yes — connect a repo and branch, and every push builds and publishes automatically. Pushes to other branches build as preview-only releases.

Community & support features

Can visitors read my forum without an account?

Your call: forums honor their visibility settings, and you can additionally enable anonymous read for the API to power embeds on your own pages.

How does support email become tickets?

Point your support address at the inbound-email webhook (we document the exact Mailgun/Postmark settings) and every email becomes a ticket. Agent replies land in the customer's inbox, threaded, and their answers flow back into the ticket.

Is my data backed up?

Daily backups are included on every plan.
